French Aviation Pioneers
This stamp issued in 1971 honors French aviation pioneers Didier Daurat(1891-1969) and Raymond Vanier(1895-1965). A four engine plane is at take-off in between portaits. This design is unusual in that two individuals are honored on the same stamp.
