U.S. Airmail: Special Deliver Airmail

This issue from the 1930's offered Special Delivery as well as Airmail service. A rather distinctive feature of this design is its very official look illustrating a clear engraving of the Great Seal of the United States. The effect of red and blue ink along with white paper gives it a patriotic color scheme. If looks alone could speed the letter, this design could certainly do that.
